In short, don’t waste your money on this company. The manager repeatedly told me his purpose was to make sure if my designated cleaner were to win the lottery and quit that he would ensure I got a replacement. I believe this is what he tells himself to justify his cut. I walked them around the property and told them what I wanted, I was offered 2 hours weekly, it’s fair to assume this would reflect what I asked them to do. The first visit was for some deep cleaning I requested after we completed some renovation works. The second was due to be a general clean, I’d requested a focus on the floors of every room as I have a young child. I came home to an unfinished kitchen and little else. I had to leave the house before the cleaner finished and I can only assume that was the ticket for them to rush and leave. When I returned to see very little done, I called and made enquiries and was told a myriad of excuses, “you need to book more time, you need better equipment, you need to lower your expectations.” Frankly, for £15 an hour I’d expect some equipment to be provided. I’ll admit my vacuum has seen better days, but it doesn’t explain unswept floors, dirty worktops and cupboards .. and all that after 2 hours spent in the kitchen. When I told the manager I wouldn’t continue with this arrangement, who’s sole purpose he claims is to provide continuous help remember, he replied, “Ok, thanks”. I’m scratching my head, wondering what his role really is and what I’d pay the company overhead cost for.
Brian and his team from Diamond Home Support did a fantastic job deep cleaning the whole house including steam cleaning of the carpets after my previous tenants left the house in a really bad state. I gave them the keys to the house and once all the work was complete they locked up and posted the keys through the letterbox. A very trustworthy company and I would definitely recommend them.
Being a student I live in rented accommodation and at the end of every year I have to move. This year my landlord wanted to charge £150 for the property to be professionally cleaned. I looked around and upon emailing Brian at Diamond Home Support, received a phone call asking what needed doing. As a one-off clean of the property, he quoted it at £80, which was a lot cheaper than the estate agents were wanting to charge me. I agreed and he was quick to get back to me about when they could clean the property. I was unfortunately not able to be around when the cleaner would be coming - the keys were picked up from the estate agents and dropped back and in less than 24 hours I had received my entire deposit back from the estate agents. Honestly could not recommend them enough. Brian is professional and courteous on the phone and no request is too much. My estate agents said that the kitchen and appliances, furniture cleaning and general hoovering were the priority and before I was able to ask Brian, he had asked for a list of areas that I would like them to focus on. I am beyond happy with the service that I got from Brian and his team and would use them again!

I have to say diamond home support offer a A1 service Brian's attitude towards his cleaning business is client focus we have used other cleaning companies in the past that were cheaper but no where near as good as the quality from diamond. Our cleaner is great thanks Diamond for making our life's so much easier.
