   The woman was very rude as I was enquiring about a piercing that I wasn’t aware I weren’t old enough to have. I came with my mum so I didn’t think it would be an issue, we left straight away with no fuss and thanked her even though she made us feel stupid for not knowing and ignored us to talk to her friend whilst we were waiting (we were the only other people in the store). A week later my friends came to the same place and the same woman said to them that me and my mother were stupid for even asking etc. She said this to customers she didnt know and obviously thought there would be no correlation from us to them, however, they were my friends so they told me.I did check Google before hand to see if it was legal and it said yes, I wasn’t aware of the stores personal policies which maybe I should’ve checked. I usually wouldn’t write reviews or anything but this really agitated me it just wasn’t necessary. This was a while ago and I just left it but my other friend just recently had a bad experience aswell so I just thought Id say it.

   My daughter was nervous about getting her ears pierced. But we were welcomed to come in and see the studio, equipment etc. We were greeted downstairs by a friendly staff member and we felt no pressure to commit to anything. Liv was wonderful, she put my daughter right at ease. She talked through the process first. The lollipop and bravery certificate were a great added bonus. Would definitely recommend especially for a child’s first piercing experience!

   My daughters and I came for ear piercings yesterday; daughters had lobes, I had rook. Liv was lovely; friendly and chatty, putting us at ease. Piercings were done quickly and with very little discomfort. She even gave us lollypops - me because I was feeling a bit woozy (no breakfast, so entirely my fault!) and the girls for being brave. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

   I found out that they sold pin badges so went in and ended up buying a really nice one for fair price. I then decided that I would be a regular customer, but the 2nd time I wasn't sure about an item and found it hard to make up my mind in the end I bought the item. Anyway there pin badges are all nailed to some wood so you can't get a good feel for them. I rang up to see if I could bring item back and swap for similar price product instead. I was very polite and the response was quite emotional and defensive. I was told that it was sold as seen, but it was nailed to a wall with packaging around it so not all was seen. Anyway the item I wanted to return was very poor quality and the response was worse, won't be going again which is a shame because its not all bad. She did say sorry at the end but the damage was already done.

   Amazing place to go for a piercing. Cheap- £30 for a helix and the earring is included- but the quality did not suffer for the low price. Piercer was lovely and reassuring.
