Charlotte was amazing - the best experience and would recommend to anyone seeking a piercing. From the start of my appointment, Charlotte was absolutely excellent in making sure I knew everything about the process. I was given so many options for my piece of jewellery, all incredibly reasonably priced and coming with a lifetime guarantee. Charlotte walked me through absolutely everything I needed to know - you can just tell how much experience she has just from speaking to her. When it came to the actual piercing, i was expertly prepped and the process was incredibly relaxed. Charlotte explained everything that was happening which really helped me to feel relaxed. I had a thorough chat with her afterwards about the healing process, as well as an email sent to me to confirm everything. So impressed and would highly recommend.
Charlotte was amazing when I went in to get my conch done. She was so informative about the piercing itself and the high quality standard she had for jewellery that she offered. Her studio was gorgeous, so welcoming and warm, I felt so at ease and confident due to how immaculately clean it was too! Charlotte made sure she was happy with my piercing before I left and explained any issues with confidence and care. The aftercare instructions were thorough explaining not only what to do but why to do it. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Charlotte for any piercing they would want, I know I will be back!

Charlotte is warm and welcoming. The studio is beautifully presented and clean. I have been back twice to get piercings and also booked our daughter in to have her lobes pierced. She was fantastic and reassuring with her. I would 100% recommend Solstice Professional Piercing Studio to others.
Had my second lobes and helix pierced with Charlotte today and I cannot recommend her enough. Charlotte answered any questions I had and really made me feel at ease throughout.
