We have been using EL Contract Services for a couple of years now. They always go that extra mile to make sure our Airbnb is ready for guests and kept clean and to a good standard. They communicate with us when there are issues. We get really good reviews on the cleaning from guests too.

I was disappointed with the Deep Clean on my property. There were a few areas where cleaning had not occurred, the windows were all smeared with residual cleaner marks, and the oven was left in an unfinished state with dry white powdery stains. FYI, The owner of this company has denied responsibilty for the dirty oven. On any future cleaning, I would insist on an inspection accompanied by the cleaner prior to paying the account.
