   I drove 3 hours to go here and it didn't disappoint!! They had a really good selection of jellycats and other brands and the staff were super friendly. I can't wait to drive all the way back so my mum can experience it!

   It has made me sad seeing some negative reviews based on Jellycat stock, anyone in the loop knows that Jellycats are notoriously hard to get hold of at the moment, lots of small stockists have even stopped selling as they can't get stock. This has nothing to do with the shop itself. With that being said they offer a whole bunch of other brands that are just as nice and the choice in the shop is phenomenal, i never know what I'll leave with next. As well as this all staff are lovely and helpful and have never had a problem helping me or responding to messages in a timely manner. Whilst people are disappointed in the Jellycat stock options, there are still plenty of other choices Wrendale, Charlie bears, Palm pals, Steiff, Bukowski and many others. There is something in this shop for everyone at all price points from bears for less than a £10 up to bears costing 100s of Pounds. I recommend this shop to people all the time, and I always leave the shop happy, even if I can't get what I was necessarily looking for!

   Ordered from One More Bear online and had a great experience - signed up to hear when a Jellycat was back in stock and received an email later that day. They have a secure checkout/payment process, and I received my order confirmation straight away. My order was dispatched the next day with tracked postage, and when my order arrived it was safely and appropriately packaged with a nice note of thanks for ordering from a small business.

   Wow! Got to be my favourite shop. Bought a Ginger cat and he is so huggable. Very difficult to get out without spending a fortune on cuddly toys. Lemon bashful bunny next time

   One More Bear what a gorgeous well stocked shop with an extensive range of bears Steiff, Charlie,Jellycat the list goes on and on. Yesterday was my first visit to the shop and it certainly won’t be my last. Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly purchased a gorgeous JellyCat for my daughter and she adores it! It’s an absolute gem of a shop and if you’re in the Trentham area it’s definitely worth a visit, and if not they’re online too. See you again soon One More Bear ♥️
