   Hello, I’m the landlord of **1 Bridge Street, CW12 1AY**, right in the heart of Congleton town centre, very close to Superdrug. My property has been **vacant for nearly 5 years**, despite its prime location alongside Costa, Boots, Holland & Barrett, and the Post Office. I’m genuinely curious to hear from the local community: **why has this unit remained empty for so long?** Any insight, experiences, or thoughts would be greatly appreciated — it would help me understand the situation better.    I have just been to Superdrug, Congleton. I asked for 2 items for which there was an offer, they only had one. The assistant was SO rude, she told me I can always go to Morrisons. Since Boots has moved we are held hostage with appalling, scruffy, rude staff .

   Thank you to the staff member who was really friendly, polite and went to their utmost best of efforts to help me. I was looking for some vegan and cruelty free face wash and moisturising cream that wouldn't irritate my eczema. The ones that I was recommended to try were reasonably priced and work brilliantly. I was reassured that if they triggered an eczema reaction I could bring them back, but thankfully that is not going to be necessary. Thank you for your help!

   Normally i dont have a problem with Superdrug or Pharmacy, however, today i was left standing at the pharmacy counter for about 5 mins while 2 people (females) were at the top walking back and forth. Absolutely no acknowledgement I was there. I walked out and went back in with my husband to find a gentleman standing at the counter and he said he had been waiting with no acknowledgement he was there. My husband shouted hello to the two females and one said, 'I said Id be with you in a minute' 5 minutes is not a minute and no excuse to ignore people. My husband said I had walked out because i was ignored and they then sprang into action. One served the gentleman while the young girl sheepishly and quietly asked if she could help us! She was so quiet and i couldnt hear anyrhing she was saying. As i said at the beginning we have never had such treatment being ignored whilst there. Get your acts together! Customers are there for a reason not to be ignored. Never come across these two before and hope not to ever agsin.

   While shopping here on Wednesday this week I felt really uncomfortable, I was trying to look for the shampoo I normally buy and it took a while to find it. It didn’t help that two members of staff were filling the shelves so couldn’t get near the shampoo they were having a lovely time laughing didn’t ask if I needed any help. So then I went to look for some nail scissors couldn’t find them felt like I was being followed turned round to find a member of staff behind me who showed me where to find the scissors. Not a nice experience have shopped here many time before not sure if I will again.
