Came here yesterday to start my Christmas shopping , Helen on the purfume counter went above and beyond to help me even ordered me aftershave that wasn't in stock , definitely 5 star service
I couldn't find a specific perfume but Sharon on the no7 counter helped, she was very kind and patient. There was also another lady that looked in the stock room but i didnt get her name. Thank you both for your help!
Excellent service from Pharmacy today. Mathew was extremely professional and helpful to my husband who was suffering from sinitus and couldn't get into his doctors. After a full assessment my husband was prescribed antibiotics. Thankyou so much .
My mother came in a few days ago and a very helpful member of staff and advised her on what makeup would suit her ready for her wedding, my mum is very happy with the suggestions and service, we can't thank the staff enough for their kindness
Large chemist with most things that you could want. Popular dispensary that can get very busy at times, with quite a long wait in queue. Part of the Queen's ville retail park, so there is plenty of car parking available.
Why is there always a queue in this place, looking forward for Greggs to open.
Dreadful......I was left standing waiting for 15 mins at the perfume counter. A young chap in a boots uniform said he'd get someone and nobody turned up. I walked out FUMING......not a happy chap at all.
Terrible service at the pharmacy - stood waiting for 10 minutes to be told by a very rude woman they were shut and apparently there was a very big sign which I still couldn't see after she pointed to it? She rolled her eyes and huffed at me. No info on website or outside of the store to say they're shut until 3pm. What on earth is wrong with Boots staff recently. This is the second time I've had rude pharmacy staff serve me.
Like omg why have a not shopped here before I normally go superdrug this shop is smaller then others bit you can still get what you need. They have some great bargains at the moment
