    Today I experienced a very upsetting and unacceptable situation in your store. I came in to choose a gifts, and while I was standing near the Clinique/Estée Lauder gift sets around 14:20 p.m., a Black female staff member suddenly approached me and started yelling that I had stolen something. I was shocked and confused, as I had no idea what she was talking about. She continued to shout and insisted that she saw me put something into my pocket. I calmly told her she was mistaken and even offered to show all my belongings—and offered to remove my outerwear—to prove that her accusations were false. This was a completely unfounded and humiliating accusation. Her shouting created a very uncomfortable scene, with customers turning to look at me, and despite being proven wrong, the staff member did not even apologise. I kindly request that management investigate this incident and review the CCTV footage, as this was a clear case of defamation and unprofessional behaviour. No customer should be treated this way!!!

    I've been in a few times and staff were particularly helpful. Special shout out to Rochelle who helped me find the perfect blush one day, and a lipstick based only on "lighter than this liner please" a different day. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure I was able to find what I was looking for each time.

    My order is missing for 2 weeks. Shop manager don’t even bother to assist and other customer service assistant are just passing phone number and 1h on the phone without answer. Order worth £200 and no help at all!!!

    They used to be just great, but of late, they do not answer the phone at all. What would happen if this was an emergency? They just let it ring until it cuts out. Such disappointing service and we've been with them for a long time. What is going on? They need to wise up and get back to giving the customer care they used to
