   What a great store with great people. Please go and visit. James, Ben and team were unbelievably helpful when I thought my sunglasses were beyond repair they have rescued them and I am delighted. Super friendly and so professional. Service was second to none. They understood the issue and nothing was too much trouble. For all your eye care and glasses needs please don’t hesitate, go pay them a visit and see for yourself.

   Took a prescription was advised the pharmacist couldn't understand it. Took it to another pharmacy no issues. Won't be going back, store is outdated and customer service from pharmacist non existant. Other staff are friendly though. Not like it wasn't an important prescription caused me undue stress for someone just on a power trip. I fairness all the pharmacists in Uttoxeter are pretty dire. Tesco never has anything in so not really much choice luckily I can drive, more vulnerable people left at the whims on others.

   very helpful staff all so happy and so polite. small compact store in the heart of UTTOXETER. Their stock is very good considering the size of the shop but if they don't have the item you are looking for they will order it and you can pick it up with no hassle whatsover
