Called in today 6dec 2025 to buy some electric toothbrushes spare brushes I asked a woman I think she was the manager if the different ones all fit the same brush ,she wasn't very helpful wouldn't go to this shop again restaff it and start again
Lady on the till didn't speak to me at all whilst I was paying for my purchase, not even to tell me how much I needed to pay. She was chatting to a 'friend' across the counter the whole time. Rude!!
Charlie was really helpful today when I was looking for a nail hardener. She came down the aisle with me and knew exactly where the products were. The till staff were very pleasant. Great service ☆☆☆☆☆
Good store, not as cheap as it was, following the trend of all, but great stock, well laid out stores.

Clean tidy shop with stock as I expected for Superdrug
The staff are friendly and helpful. Superdrug sell a range of products from cosmetics, hair products, medicines etc. If you can not find something the staff are helpful in helping you look for the product.
Telephoned the store to save a wasted journey asking if they had a specific item in stock told yes. On arrival did not sell that item and quite obvious staff did not care just pointed out a similar item and shrugged their shoulders.
