Absolutely blown away by the service I received. A lovely young lady- think alessia?- helped me and my friend found what we were looking for and was so smiley and approachable. A true asset to your team of staff. Boots is very lucky!
Came in yesterday looking at some fragrances for a gift, as I was struggling to pick one. Maisie came over and asked if she could help at all, she was very polite and very helpful and helped picked a great fragrance! A great team member to have!!

My mom came back to boots pharmacy today and was very impressed with how Adele dealt with the customers with dignity, respect and kindness. The queue was very long but she didn’t treat people as numbers and took her time and care with a couple of very vulnerable patients. A credit to Boots pharmacy! Thank you Adele please don’t stop being so kind and respectful
I was so impressed with the service at Boots prescription counter this afternoon. An assistant named Edel ( as seen on her badge) was on her own but took her time to respect and prove very helpful to two wheelchair bound individuals in front of me, despite the mounting queue. She also asked for more assistance when she saw the queue growing, but her kindness and professionalism was a thing to behold. We need more people like this.
I cannot praise Long the pharmacist highly enough . He is a wonderful human being who seems to genuinely care . He’s always been very patient and knowledgeable every time I’ve had occasion to speak to him . He is definitely an asset to the store at Lichfield and to your company
Small boots, still a good selection, just a bit tight to get around
Some basic pharmacy products are expensive. Had to go to Specsavers to get eye drops (same product as boots) but considerably cheaper. However, shop well laid out and easy to find what you need in store

This review is based solely on the customer service of one lady. I have visited here many times and never had an issue but today I needed help with a purchase. Aman, could see I looked confused and approached me. She took me to the items and talked me through the options. As I'm pregnant she made sure to check everything was safe and was the most polite and nicest person I think I've ever come across in customer service. Amans customer service is second to none. She is wonderful!
