    I really don't know where to start, I couldn't recommend Dawn at Distinctive Designs and Covent Garden Florist enough! Living in Portsmouth and being unable to travel to see my gorgeous grandad at the moment left me in a hard spot, I found online this beautiful place and phoned in a panic (7/06/21) about suprising my lovely grandad with some fabulous 80 balloons today for his birthday who lives in Church Minshull. Not only did Dawn tell me not to panic she had space for this afternoon to do a delivery she was very professional and extremely helpful she took the details of my order and even asked if they would like an additional note (now personally due the circumstances was very touching and so lovely). I even got a return message upon delivery telling me he was super surprised but happy and well. I can't thank Dawn enough, it might just seem like balloons but from a big distance Dawn bridged the gap beautifully. Thank you again 5 stars xx
