Just done a wreath and afternoon tea event hosted by Jane. Absolutely brilliant!!!! Lovely relaxed atmosphere, easy instructions and fantastic professional tips. The afternoon tea was wonderful touch, I would definitely be interested in future events.
We have just had a family member’s funeral flowers arranged by Jane the owner of Petals and cards in Trentham… They were all absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted and we have had so many compliments about them… What Jane does not know about flowers and arranging them is not worth knowing… The service Jane and Keith give is first class from start to finish… All in all a fantastic florist to order your flowers from…

Ordered by Dads funeral flowers from Petals and Cards. They were very forth coming with quotes for various designs I had in mind. Then once I settled on my chosen flowers they did an exceptional job. The flowers turned out incredibly beautiful. Also ordered an arrangement for my children to their Grandad at the same time.

I Recently ordered flowers on behalf of my Partner and his work colleagues to be delivered to a member of staff who is off work. I spoke to a very pleasant young lady who took the order but she did explain that it might be too far out of the area for delivery but she would contact the owner and get back to me. The owner contacted me later and explained that despite his best efforts to deliver the flowers, he was unable to do so and advised me to check the address that I had been given. The address was incorrect but due to staffing situation was not able to delive, but he knew the workplace of my Partner which was nearer to the shop. My partner rang the shop the following day to suggest that he collect them, however the young lady informed him that the Owner himself would deliver them to his workplace which he subsequently did later that day. The arrangement was outstanding! and it was a good opportunity for the members of staff who had contributed to the flowers to be able to see them. The flowers were subsequently delivered to their colleague by a member of staff and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Proprietor and his staff member for all their efforts and for such a stunnningly beautiful arrangement WELL DONE!
