“I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day. I'd arranged for delivery to her workplace, but unfortunately that wasn't possible before she had to leave for a hospital appointment. The delivery van then broke down before they could deliver to our home address, which was most unfortunate. As an apology Parsley and Sage very kindly sent chocolates and sweets, plus a massive heart balloon at no additional cost. The bouquet I ordered was absolutely beautiful and the extras sent as an apology were a fantastic touch.
