I ordered a casket arrangement for my Mum’s funeral last week. I didn’t want one of the ones in the brochure and I asked if I could have a different one. I wanted one with cottage garden flowers, not compact, with lots of foliage. They did exactly what I asked for and what I imagined in my head. It was absolutely stunning.
