    I asked for predominantly Lillie’s - there were TWO. The majority of the remaining bouquet was made up of green packing out stems and leaves. Some 90% dead and held up by wrapping wire around the stems to make them stand up. I paid £60 for this and they wanted me to give them a further £7.00 for delivery. I was rushed into hospital for an emergency operation and my wife had to collect her own birthday flowers. Had I seen the product before purchasing I would have told them “you must be joking!”. Don’t bother- better quality from Tesco. Had to give it 1 star to get the review through but really waste of time and total RIP OFF DONT GO THERE.

    As a surprise, my husband ordered a flower arrangement for our wedding anniversary, and I am absolutely delighted with it. The flowers are exactly what I like and very good quality. He says he ordered them by telephone and the person who he spoke to understood what he was trying to achieve, made helpful suggestions, and the result is perfect. We have used the Flower Room before for happy and sad occasions, as well as occasional one-off purchases. We have always been pleased with the service and flowers. The cost has also been very competitive, certainly when compared to well-known on-line retailers. We will definitely use the Flower Room again.

    I can’t recommend Alex & the team at the flower room enough, they did our wedding & we couldn’t have asked for more from the initial appointment Alex helped guide us through different styles and we completely trusted her with our vision… the team set up multiple displays for the big day in an efficient manor we had bridesmaid bouquets / full door displays / large milk churn displays as well as the finished touches for groomsmen & family members

    I've been using the Flower Room in Stone for a few years. Every time, without fail, the flowers are fresh, always arranged perfectly and when I've needed them delivering, it's always on time. They've never let me down. I don't use any other florist now because I know I'll get the same amazing quality and service every time here. 100% recommend. And if you haven't been to the shop, it's well worth a visit. Everyone is so friendly and they have other lovely gifts on the shelves.

    The Flower Room were amazing! We required 2 bridal bouquets and had left it quite late to order. Myself and my wife went in to the shop 9 days before our wedding. As soon as we walked in, we saw how busy the staff were with preparing orders. Jenny gave us her full attention immediately, she was so warm and welcoming. She was so helpful and made us feel reassured that it wasn't too late to order. We discussed what we would like and she advised on what she could do for us. We trusted her to create our bouquets, and we are so glad that we did. When we saw our bouquets the morning of the wedding, we couldn't have been happier, they were beautiful.
