The staff were under serious pressure and a number of parents were giving them grief. Can I just ask if you attend be prepared for a long wait as the NHS is overstretched and those in there are fighting everyday to make sure the sickest and most critical kids are taken care of. Be patient with them as the wait times are not their fault but exacerbated by parents taking their kids up as they have a cold and temperature. Once again I cannot praise the staff enough !”
