“This is my second time at Joell’s, And won’t be my last. The staff are so welcoming, chatty and friendly. The lady who coloured my hair today was great in helping me to decide exactly what I wanted out of the session. She did a great job in getting my desired colour. Great conversation flow with the two staff on, made me feel very relaxed. Would recommend to anyone. ❤️”
