“I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the nail salon, where I had my hands and feet done. I am delighted with the results; they are absolutely beautiful. I would also like to commend the manager for her kindness. She took the time to speak with me and made me feel truly welcomed, almost like family. This personal touch made my visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, I noted a significant difference between this salon and another I recently visited. At the other location, communication was a challenge due to the language barrier, as the staff did not speak English. However, at this salon, Lily, one of the staff members, speaks fluent English and conducted herself in a professional manner. Her ability to communicate effectively made a positive impact on my overall experience. I look forward to returning to the salon soon for another appointment.”
