“I have had a very positive experience when using Fitch Autos for a recent service on my Range Rover. I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Communication was excellent and I was consulted on any work before it was carried out. Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it “cheaper”. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for. In this case, thoroughness, high-quality workmanship and a genuine passion for ensuring the safety of you and your vehicle. The flexible payment options were also really helpful considering the unexpected costs just after getting married! The loyalty point scheme is also a nice additional bonus.
