“I just feel after my visit to this dentist today I have to write this review. I am an EXTREMELY nervous patient and have always been scared to death of the dentist. After a traumatising few years I knew I had to confront my fear and find a dentist to go to as my teeth had been left in quite a bad way after having my son 4 years ago and having PND. My teeth were weak and cracked easy I even had to have one taken out, I was mortified. Anyway I did some research and came across this dentist online and I just feel I have to say my two visits there have just been unbelievable and after today's visit with Hannah (the dental hygienist) I just feel so happy already. She made me feel so at ease, no rushing at all, she spoke to me all the time and explained what and why she was doing it. And she said my gums had improved a lot since my first visit. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Yvonne the receptionist is amazing too, so happy to help you in any way possible. I have been referred to the orthodontist already which I am amazed at because I was still waiting 18 months later at my previous dentist. I have come home today smiling and feel there is hope to get my nice white smile back and cannot thank these people enough!!! If you're scared of the dentist visit this dentist and you will definitely feel at ease. What an amazing place and I can actually say I am looking forward to my next appointment!!!! :) Thank you so so much and Hannah you truly have made my day today, thank you. Rebecca x”

Qasim did an excellent job with the extractions, he is a very pleasant and organised dentist and I am really happy with my overall experience. I have previously had several dentists but wasn’t satisfied with them - will definitely have my future appointments with Qasim again.”

“I recently registered as a private patient as I need quite a few things doing, the first of which was a filling. I was super nervous as I’d had a bad experience with another local dentist, but I needn’t have worried. Nav the dentist and Diane the dental nurse put me at ease straight away. They’re friendly, informative and kept checking that I was okay as they knew I was nervous. They are both so lovely and provided such a positive experience with some laughs along the way. “Visited Avondale to have some treatment from Sheraz Gul and his Dental Assistant (apologies, can't remember her name) who were both outstanding. Sheraz was really helpful, explaining how the procedure would work, and they were both really patient and professional during the procedure which turned out really tricky. I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease. Sheraz called afterwards to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort following the treatment, which I felt was excellent customer service and demonstrated real customer care. Thanks again.”

“Being a life long dentist phobic I was so anxious when my old dentist left and the new private company took over. Having visited the hygienist last week ( only ever had one previous appointment in my past and it wasn’t a good experience ) This lady was just so good, so kind and patient and not at all rough as my previous experience. Today I came back to see Holly for a filling. She knows I’m anxious, she understands, takes her time, explains everything and just completely put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. I’m 63 but might just not be dentist phobic anymore! 10/10”

“My family have been going here for twenty seven years. My grandchildren now go her. The dentist is always very good as are the nurses and reception staff. You sometimes have to wait a little bit after the appointment time but rather that than be rushed through. Great this is still an NHS dentist. Remember you have to be patient to be a good patient.”

I was given honest advice where I can financially manage treatment cost in a more realistic way and only do treatments which i can manage financially. The tretments have resolved my dental issues.
