    “Staff are helpful, the buildings interior had undergone rebuild of reception and new paint / styling. Reception is now a desk, which works OK, but surely the height should match the standing customers? PS, why include squash in Membership, but charge £13 an hour for badminton - seems badmintonist. Otherwise pleasant and accessible services. Update autumn 2022: no change, all good. The prices just rose for all services, but all below inflation. Update summer 2024, all good, staff seem more motivated and happy. Update summer 2025, the staff make the center.”

Still learning so many lessons from all the lads at the gym; winning mindset, discipline, dedication, determination, it’s a lifestyle!! Can’t praise this place highly enough. Very welcoming and supportive environment, very well structured bespoke PT sessions, and we have a ton of fun along the way. Give Lee a buzz, I’m glad I did, maybe one of the most important phone calls I’ve ever made…”
