John has great communication methods, any questions or concerns I just email straight away and he always replies. It’s been 3 months since surgery and I literally can’t thank John enough!! He’s really helped me feel normal again and supported me in accepting I won’t necessarily be 100% perfect but we will do everything possible to get their. Thankyou John from the bottom of my heart !
