“I definitely recommend Lindsay! She was really a good listener and takes key notes on what we say and remembers it all through the treatment. She was very quick in finding out the issue and suggested EMDR. Initially i was not very comfortable with EMDR however the changes it has brought in my day to day life was remarkable. I have taken up few online counselling sessions before but they were concentrating on a specific problem and talk through it which was not very helpful. The EMDR's i went through with Lindsay was very effective and i was able to overcome the difficulties i had within few weeks.
