Kirsty was quickly responsive, and the bouquet she created was gorgeous, and more importantly, made my friend's birthday a little more special. I love that Kirsty uses all natural materials, and you can really see the effort she puts in to making each bouquet look even more beautiful than nature already did. “Beautiful Arrangements and Excellent Care Many thanks to Charlotte and the FlowerCraft team for the absolutely beautiful flowers at our mother’s funeral yesterday. The casket spray, garland, aisle posies and bouquets were stunning, and everyone in attendance complimented them. Bear in mind, there is no physical shop open to the public. We sent an email and booked an appointment to come in and sit down with Charlotte. She showed us books of their previous arrangements so we could decide on designs, styles and colours. We felt very taken care of and had the time to decide without the rush and stress of other customers interrupting us, which had happened at other florists in the area. We’re very happy with our choice and wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the care they took to make sure everything looked perfect. Highly recommended!”

The photos speak for themselves! The whole experience was wonderful - Claire took note of all our ideas and colours and a desire to source flowers locally as much as possible and she worked with us to suit our limited budget too. The result was more perfect than we could have imagined - such attention to detail, so creative, unusual, with a beautiful celebration of floral forms and natural movement of the flowers - my bouquet looked like I'd plucked them from a meadow, just what I hoped for, and the stunning headpiece survived all day in July heat and looked so ethereal and pretty!
