When the flue of my boiler had an issue, another company quoted an extortionate price for a full flue replacement (including some unnecessary roof work) and basically tried hard to sell me a new boiler, arguing that the repair wasn't worth it. Long story short, Chris had a proper look at the issue and repaired it on the same day for a tiny fraction of that other quote (and also educated me on the actual cost of a replacement, should it ever really be needed).
