“The night of Wednesday 3rd December was particularly busy and understaffed in the emergency department. A few of us patients were waiting 18+ hours to see a doctor. It's naturally frustrating when you're unwell and feeling anxious as a patient to have to wait a very long time to see a specialist. I met some lovely people in the waiting room. Chatting and even having a giggle felt good. Most importantly I really appreciate every member of staff I met. Everyone was helpful, friendly as well as being extremely professional. A special thankyou to Doctor Prince for his thoroughness and careful explanatory diagnosis with clear direction and advice all given in a polite and friendly manor.”
