Learning to swim front crawl at the age of 50 was always going to be a challenge for me, and after having nearly 6 months of lessons with a "traditional" swimming coach, I was getting nowhere...exhausted after 50 metres and on the verge of giving up, so I contacted Penny. She took my swimming back to basics, and she taught me lots of simple TI drills. With her guidance I am now a confident swimmer, in both the pool, and open water.
