“To date I’ve had over 30 hours of one-to-one therapy sessions with Debbie and I deeply value her as a resource in my healing process and overall growth. I first began working with Debbie in 2022 when I was seeking support with shifting blocks that were keeping me stuck personally and professionally, before taking a break and returning to work with her again in 2025 when I found myself in crisis — experiencing daily panic attacks, burnout and a dysregulated nervous system that finally forced me to stop and address decades of complex trauma. She has empowered me to recognise where these are no longer serving me, to separate what is mine and what belongs to others, to rewrite my story and develop a nurturing toolkit for greater peace, joy, abundance, and connection in my life. Debbie has created a safe space for me to be seen, heard and explore different aspects of spirituality, emotional intelligence and neurodivergence.
