    “Hi I suffer from Bi Polar disorder which was diagnosed 22 years ago. I am on a number of medications which really help me to manage my connection. I am so grateful to the centre of the work that they do and I have a excellent team who I work with to keep me out of Hospital. I worked for many years in the banking and mortgage industry, 5 years ago I had to stop working. This broke my heart as I felt useless and that I had no value. I worked all my life. In Ireland I had a summer job in McDonald's. When I left school in 1981 I worked in the Restaurant in BHS which was beside the GPO. I then got involved in Advertising and Marketing and then a Public relations company before leaving to work in the UK.”
