The receptionists are always so lovely, helpful and easy to chat to whilst waiting for your app. As a parent its super important that my children are made to feel safe and comfortable, Dr Alia in particular is absolutely amazing with them both. She was able to put my very anxious daughter at ease and explains every detail to them so well, and answers all their never ending questions. She is honestly the only reason my daughter is no longer anxious to visit, and why my son (7) was so easy going about having some of his stuburn baby teeth removed. I've also experienced the staff going above and beyond when my son had broken an adult tooth, fitting him in during a busy day to fix it. Forever grateful for that!! I'm also made to feel extremely comfortable and have every option for treatments explained. Having not had the best experience at a previous practice, I can honestly say I wouldn't ever want to go elsewhere. Thanks so so much to everyone who works there.”
