“Came across this garage on a whim as the garage I was recommend to go to was unexpectedly shut so I bobbed in here after seeing it as I passed to go to the other one. Spoke to Richard. Ive taken my 2015 A3 to many garages over recent months for ongoing intermittent issues and this is the first garage I've gone to that have actually said they would do tests. Everywhere else wanted to just do things on a guess. One garage even said it'd be scrap value of £300! I lost faith in the car and thought I'd never get it fixed but Richard changed that. He did the tests, explained things to me, did the work and charged a fraction of what other garages wanted.
