After 6 months of getting quotes from other companies and worrying about who to trust, Lawrence at Brownleys came out to measure and quote. From the first instance, he put me at ease and knew exactly what I imagined in my head. Lawrence told us they were booked up and would add us to the list which also put my mind at ease because if a firm is not busy that's a worry.
