“Hugely impressed as parents of a child who joined the school this year. The leadership, teachers and school environment are second to none. Our daughter is currently in the middle of the three week transition period from Primary School which takes place before the schools break up for the summer holidays; she is already happy and enthusiastic about Brayton, especially the variety of lessons, other children...and the school canteen. We visited all three schools in our catchment area (Snaith and Selby High being the others) with open minds, Brayton seemed to be the only one which was clearly striving to improve, with high expectations of itself and the pupils. To be honest, the place just ‘felt right’. A few months after we chose Brayton, Ofsted inspected and rated the school as ‘Outstanding’, making it the only secondary school in the area with top rating.”
