“Very positive experience It’s a big like a maze but I asked 2 people; one on reception and one on the corridor where I needed to go and they were friendly and helpful Lady at the desk was welcoming and polite and staff doing procedure explained things clearly and in a nice manner. Couldn’t fault it. Was in and out very quickly. Thankyou”
