We were greeted by a lovely lady named Michelle that asked us what we were looking for and what are intended use was , we explained the house is pretty small so we'd like a sofa bed and that we're hoping to have pets in the future. Michelle showed us a pullout sofa bed with a mattress and explained that we could personalise the sofa with PET AND CHILD SAFE MATERIAL!! and have diffrent arm rests and sizes , she demonstrated how to pull the sofa out and explained the features of the sofa and the finance options avaliable to us. You were so polite and helpful it honestly made it feel like we had one less thing to stress about and you are a shining example if excellent customer service!”
