“2nd visit to the Salon for a cut & blow dry. I love being able to book online and handle my own appointments. Appointments were both with Alex, she is a brilliant stylist. Before having my hair washed she asked me what kind of cut I wanted and how I liked to have my hair blow dried. Had my hair washed by Eryn, she wasn’t rough or heavy handed and gave me one of the best head massages I’ve ever had, which after a long day in work is really appreciated! It was so relaxing and felt like a real luxury, which I think a hair appointment should feel like. Alex made me feel valued and listened to. During my first visit, my greys were very visible which I was embarrassed about, Alex offered to use a coloured root spray to finish off my lovely hair cut & blow dry, that was a nice touch. It made me feel confident upon leaving.”
