“Superb treatment. I saw Andy as a series of sessions leading up to a 100k Ultra and he not only treated existing ailments (especially those caused by heavy training) but recommended excellent strategies for minimizing future injury. His sessions were a great mix of evaluation, massage and preventative strategies / coaching. Well worth the time and money investment. I would gladly consider - and will definitely be using - Andy in the future. Facilities were clean and well maintained. There were excellent Covid protections in place. Parking was a bit of a pain - remember to check in at the desk or expect a parking fine. Apart from that - superb.”
