“Had a swedish massage as I'd been having tension headaches and back pain, very relaxing and a good price, lots of advise on posture and seating at work to help with the pain. Very relaxing and informative session. Ached for a day or 2 afterwards which I was told was normal, advised to drink lots of water to flush my muscles. no issues with head aches since and really helped my back, will defo be using again!”
