We were told, they would do there very best to produce what we wanted. It was exactly the same as the picture we walked in with. Another was a broken heart, again the picture was puzzling, but with a slight tweak, they again produced my beautiful tribute. .They were friendly, kind, honest, went above and beyond to give us what we wanted, on a very sad day.
