Stacey, who I believe is the manager, was excellent at explaining the procedure and how they would fix my car, what was required and the time frame, it would take. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with messages and photographs, which I thought was very reassuring. True to her word, the car was finished bang on time, and to an extremely high standard of workmanship. Every single member of staff who I encountered at this work place, was friendly, professional, courteous and respectful; they seem like a very honest bunch of people who are very competent, in what they do. I would not hesitate in recommending M & S Accident Repairs; they are truly excellent.”
