“We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed.
