“I had a trapped nerve in the neck which affected the whole of my right side. The pain was 8 out of 10. At one point 111 thought I was having a heart attack and sent me straight to a&e - fortunately enough the heart is in a good condition. But due to the junior docs strike I was just palmed off with a pulled muscle. I couldn’t even get an appt with my GP or out of hours service. So tried a chiropractor, who took X-rays and gave me the feed back that I needed a 12 week program to get the nerve treated. I took one treatment to start with and they left me in more pain than ever before. I ended up having to take 17 pain killers a day just to get thru the day until someone recommended Andrew. I was with Andrew for 1 hour, in that one hour he managed to straighten me up, I trapped the nerve, advised me on exercises that I could do whilst working that wouldn’t look out of place. Advised that the one treatment he done should be enough but if ‘I wanted’ to then I could book a second one. Andrew listened to my needs, dealt with the problem, gave fantastic advice and most of all - he was honest! His practice was warm, clean and inviting and he’s so friendly.
