“I was referred to Jake at Pioneer Physio regarding my knee which had previously had meniscus tear and ACL reconstruction surgery. My knee felt like it was going to give way and was swollen, the objective was to strengthen my knee and surrounding muscles in order to prevent further surgery. I have been very pleased with my treatment and have found Jake to be very professional and able to tailor my exercises very well in order for my knee to feel much stronger in a relatively short time. Currently I do not feel that further knee surgery will be required and I would definitely recommend Pioneer Physio.”
