Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”
