“Haven't had my hair cut for just over 6 years due to a bad experience, finally booked and I couldn't had been more happy. Was able to book online and was easy to use. The shop was clean and tidy and able to watch the telly. The staff were amazing, easy to talk to and made me feel calm and welcome, and my hair looks and feels amazing. “I had an appointment today for a silk press which was booked last minute due to myself going on a last minute holiday and let me tell you!!! Best last minute decision I could have ever made. Cleo and her lovely assistant are so kind and hospitable! Customer service is the best I’ve received from a hair salon in years. They make you feel so comfortable and and constantly checking you’re happy with your hair. They are super gentle when handling you hair and the results came out amazing they really care about your hair and comfort and it shows. I’ve never had a silk press before but I will now be a returning customer. I will only be coming to Cleo Costa Hair for my treatments going forward!! Thank you ladies.”

Very friendly! Very clean, and perfect nails - I am very fussy too! Both girls working there were excellent, can't ask for more really.
