“Ive been at Harpers for most of my life and i've always had exceptional care from start to finish on each visit. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming and the dentist ( Natasha) was amazing and put me at ease all the way through my appointment. I had a filling and scale/ polish this morning and felt no pain at all. Natasha talked me through each procedure as she did it. I was really comfortable with no anxiety throughout. “This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“I cannot agree with anyone who says this doctor is not one of the best doctors I have come across. In fact all the doctors at this practice are brilliant. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment unless they have problems .ie a doctor is ill or something.if I have an illness it's always been looked into and I have also been referred to a professional in that field if the doctor feels it needs further investigation. So if you want a doctors surgery who listens and cares ?this is the one to be at.the reception staff are always nice too.”
