“I am a retail customer, not a tradesperson. I called into TP Urmston looking for some information on types of brick. Was helped by Paul, who offered his advice unprompted, but very welcome. He immediately called up our house on ‘street view’ in order to give his opinion on what type of bricks may suit, proactive and effective. He then described various examples that they had on display and finally gave us some product samples to use. I was really impressed with how he handled this, as even though no direct sale was forthcoming, he was prepared to spend 15 minutes to help me and my wife understand a little bit more about what is available and which brick styles to consider. This is top class customer service and I hope to be able to direct business to them if I can. A big firm, but a local business.”
