“Came in for a coffee and bag of coffee beans. Aidan is really friendly and his shop has a really cool vibe. The coffee is good and I can see myself hanging out here more often post-lockdown, or attending one of the events that Aidan is planning once things start to open back up. If you’re a local, go and grab a coffee and show some support!”

“Love this pub inside and out. It’s got so much history and charm. The building used to be the Manchester & Salford Children’s Mission back in Victorian times, where they ran a kitchen for kids and the homeless. Now it’s this brilliant underground pub, and you can still see the old glazed brick walls when you head downstairs, which just adds to the atmosphere. I’d love to see more of that story told inside. There are a few old photos up, but no info with them... a bit of context would make it even better. Doesn’t put me off going though, it’s still one of my favourite spots in Manchester.”

“Beautiful spot for some quiet drinks with friends and family, so far have had a great experience with the staff. Especially Sally who’d let us stay long after close to get us more drinks, excellent effort to make us enjoy our experience at this cosy pub.”

“I very rarely write reviews but I went in and asked for advice on some scratches that I have on my car to see if they could recommend anything I could buy to get them off. The staff were so friendly and offered to try and polish the scratches out, the scratches are now barely visible and did this completely free of charge, which they didn’t have to do. I’m so grateful for their kindness and will definitely be back should I need anything else! Thank you so much”

“Our (new) car suffered a breakdown and they where happy to help us out, they ran a full and comprehensive diagnostic test on the car, explained everything wrong with it clearly and supported us getting it back on the road and back home. Excellent support, excellent service and excellent care, for us and our vehicle!”

“Bin going to this garage some years now. Theyre always fast and friendly and go the extra mile! I have no knowledge of cars and everyone fears they may be being duped but the mechanics here will specifically show you the issues and fully explain how and why it needs to be repaired so that you completely understand what your paying for. As someone with autism this is massively important to me and for that reason Id say the customer service here is 2nd to none.”

“Very, very good venue. The quayside theatre is very small and intimate, but holds a good crowd. We were there to see the "Ideal" stage show (which was absolutely brilliant) and it was a great trip. Two minor issues were that it was unclear when the doors would open, leaving quite a few people like us standing outside in rain and wind, which was not Ideal (see what I did there) Also the toilet roll dispensers are utterly dreadful, where you have to try and pull it out of a very tight opening and it invariably tears close to the holder. You know the ones I'm talking about... The rosé wine is delightful...”

“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“Wow! We travelled from Shropshire to meet some friends before heading to the Co-Op for a concert, and we were absolutely blown away. We enjoyed the Fiorentina pizza, spaghetti carbonara, ragu, garlic bread, and fries. To drink, we had a Mimosa and a Daiquiri, followed by a limoncello gelato for dessert, every dish was insanely good! The food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and served incredibly quickly. The service was exceptionally efficient, and the team were so friendly and helpful. The surroundings are warm, cosy, and tastefully decorated, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We cannot wait to return.”

“A trip down memory lane to a beautiful spring day following a beautiful Bachata workshop hosted by factory international based in Manchester; led to an impromptu dinner at Suki Suki- famously known for their ramen! Lucky to be sat upstairs without a reservation, the interior of the restaurant carries a beautiful intimacy perfect for an escape from the bustle and hustle of the streets of deansgate. Opting to try other menu options, our table order included(from left to right): Yaki Udon with pork as the protein of choice 10/10- perfectly cooked with the right amount of spice and the pork was just perfect. Bang bang chicken served with the egg noodle was delightful, with the sweet and spicy blended and perfectly balanced. 10/10 Served with salt and pepper chips which you cannot go wrong with!also 10/10 The food was delicious, definitely a welcomed surprise as my sister and I were absolutely famished. The portions were large and perfect for sharing. Whether you are a solo diner, table for 2/4/6, it is modelled to accommodate any group size. Now, I would advise to book in advance if you want to be seated upstairs, the intimacy it offers is worth it. Will I be coming back to try more on the menu? Yes yes and yes! I appreciated how fast the service was considering it was a full room, the staff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed! I haven’t got the receipt this time, but the prices for the quality served 100% worth it and cost about £37.29- this includes a glass of white wine. Also if you are like us and end up being full with some food left on your plate, don’t be shy to ask the staff for takeout! Enjoy.”

“First time here! We wanted to sit inside, but the tables were a bit narrow, so the staff kindly set us up outside with heating. Super comfy and perfect for a chat. Generous portions, friendly service, and a really relaxed, enjoyable brunch.”

“I got a delivery so can’t rate the atmosphere but I can tell you that the food was absolutely delicious was also hot and ready to eat apart from the fried chicken but I didn’t mind. Delivery was quick but was a bit pricey as I paid £25 in total for curry mutton rice and peas and coleslaw and fried chicken but that’s uber eats I guess. But was delicious so THANK YOU”

“Fantastic service and food. We had a birthday dinner for two and they made the birthday girl feel special. Ambiance was modern and luxurious. We had starters of arancini and croquettes that were delicious. Mains we opted for steaks that were perfect with a cherry & almond dessert. All of this was absolutely divine. This place will take care of you and highly recommend”

“This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”
