“Came here for our anniversary meal and it honestly was the best meal we have had! The staff were incredible throughout the night, and whilst we didn’t get their names, the young, blonde lady and the middle aged, olive skinned gentleman who served us a glass of bubbly each were amazing. The food is to die for and trust me you will not be going hungry when you leave. Thank you for making our night an unforgettable experience!”

A lovely guy with a beard and glasses came and sat to take our order - I couldn’t get over how incredibly friendly and polite he was. The service was worth every penny and the food was delicious.”

“A charming little restaurant with beautiful, wholesome, Polish food. The service was excellent too, the team were super friendly and very keen to chat! The food arrived promptly and everything was clearly freshly made and tasted delicious. We had starters and mains washed down with honey beer (yum!) and finished off with homemade Polish cakes. The portions were generous too. I would definitely go back, we had a great experience.”

“This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”

Has a wide variety of beers and ciders to choose from, the staff are incredibly friendly, the interior is very cosy and beautiful and it also has a cute little beer garden for the sunny days as well as an upstairs floor is usually hosting some kind of event! “Free parking (When you show your cinema ticket to the staff ask for parking validation. They will give you a card. Before you exit the building after your movie ends, go to the parking machine. Type in your car reg and the code, this will validate your parking) Great Cinema. Recliner seats, which are very comfortable. The staff are always welcoming and nice.”

“Visited Grindhouse for a quick bite and a coffee to avoid the usual big chains that you can't move for falling over. Friendly staff and service. Had scrambled eggs on sour-dough and I have to say - eggs are easy to get completely wrong and I was very happy that these were completely right! The coffee was also very, very good. My better half had the French toast and reported that it was "very nice" (high praise!) and just the right amount not to make you feel like Jabba the Hutt.”

“We stopped off at this place for a mid afternoon snack to carry us until dinner, and it was very good! I got an omelette with ham/cheese, and it was very nice! It came with buttered toast, as well as some salad on the side. The toast had a tad bit too much butter in it for my personal liking, but it was still nice! (I'm just a bit weird with butter :| ). The omelette was a good size too! In the fridge I spotted an oasis summer fruits drink.. IN A CAN! When was the last time you saw Oasis IN A CAN?? I didn't even know it existed. Of course I got it, and it was soo weird drinking from it, it was so strange drinking it from a can as opposed to a bottle which I've got every other time. I didn't get a photo - but the seats were pretty interesting! They were cubes. Cubes. We sat on CUBES. it was pretty comfortable, too...”

“It’s just a really good cheap pub, no thrills but it’s a good size, got a great outside area (not done up but comfy enough to sit in the sun) really good for casual day drinking without breaking the bank.”
